Career Fair Plus

Recruiters must test their video meeting links before the day of the fair as a best practice to prevent any surprises or issues on the day of the fair.

To test your video link, please follow the instructions below:

Log on to <a href="https://app.careerfairplus.com/my-fairs" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.careerfairplus.com</a> and select the fair

Once on the 'My Schedules' page, click on the schedule you'd like to test

On the next page, click the blue Join Meeting button to join the meeting room (see screenshot below). The room link will remain the same from the point of schedule creation until the end of the fair.

A new page will open to our video platform

You will need to input a name (this can be changed later), then hit continue

You may need to allow permissions to the platform to access your camera and/or microphone

Once in the room, feel free to take a look around or send the link to colleagues to help test the room with you
