Will enabling Resume Drop affect attendance rates at my in-person event?
Resume Drop has not led to lower attendance rates
While Resume Drop is a great alternative for students, nothing beats a live face-to-face interaction!
Candidates can still go in-person and meet with employers
When is the best time to enable Resume Drop?
It's entirely up to you when to enable it:
some Event Hosts choose to enable it well before the event to encourage pre-event participation
some Event Hosts choose to enable it only on the fair day (or after the fair) so that it can only be used as a post-event action
Note that you can enable it at anytime, but if/when you disable Resume Drop, recruiters lose access to any resumes that have been shared already
