Recruiters must test their video meeting links before the day of the fair.
There are many instances where recruiters are unable to join their meetings due to a network blocking issue. To prevent this, testing is a must.
Recruiters will need to log on to app.careerfairplus.com and select the fair.
From their schedule list, they should select the blue box that says "Join Meeting".
A new page will open, taking them to our video platform. This is where all meetings that have been booked on that particular schedule will take place.
You will want to give permissions to the platform to access your camera and/or microphone. If you are able to view and connect without difficulty your testing is done. If you are having issues, please view this link for troubleshooting.
