Here are two simple options for adding a candidate feedback form or survey link to your event.

Option 1 works best for candidates using the mobile app, and Option 2 for those using the web app. We recommend adding the link in both locations to potentially increase response rate.

The first two steps are the same for both options:

  1. Go to your fair home page in MyCFP

  2. Click the green "Edit Fair Info" button to open your Fair Questionnaire

Option 1 - Mobile App users

  1. On the Fair Questionnaire page, scroll about halfway down to "Link to Post-Event Candidate Evaluation"

  2. Paste in your survey link and scroll down to click SAVE

  3. Candidates simply click "Take Survey" in the app to share their feedback

Option 2 - Web App users

  1. On the Fair Questionnaire page, scroll about halfway down to "Fair Description"

  2. Add your survey link in the field after the event description you added when you completed the Fair Questionnaire. Also, consider telling candidates what the link is for by adding something like "Post-Fair Survey:" in front of the URL (see below)

  3. Scroll down to click SAVE

  4. Your candidate survey will display as a clickable link in the Event Info space
