The Meetings Tab

On this tab, you will see a breakdown of how your fair is going at a schedule/meeting level. While the Analytics tab focuses more on views, this tab will show you other important metrics like how many employers have schedules and which schedules have the highest fill rates from candidate bookings. The data on this screen is updated every time you visit the fair and it can be refreshed in real-time.

You can also export these statistics into a spreadsheet for more advanced analysis.

See below for a further breakdown of each section:

Employers

This section shows the number of current employers with schedules on your fair.

Total Published Schedules

This section shows how many employer schedules are currently published.

Percent Filled

This shows the percentage fill rate across all bookable 1-on-1 time slots* at the fair.

Total Open Slots

This shows the number of remaining bookable 1-on-1 time slots*

Total Candidates

This shows the number of candidates who have 'taken an action' on the event. This will include either creating an account through the app or booking a meeting. Any candidates who previously booked a meeting and then canceled will also show here.

Candidates Booked

This shows the number of candidates with one or more meetings currently booked. This will not include candidates who only created their profile but did not book nor those who canceled their meetings.

Total Meetings

This shows how many 1-on-1 and Group meeting slots candidates have booked

Total No Shows

This shows how many candidates have been marked as no shows by recruiters for their 1-on-1 meetings. This number is likely to change on your event day.

Meetings Booked By Day

This shows a breakdown of when meetings were booked by candidates. Hover over the data points to see more specifics. Tip: This might reflect the day when candidate marketing commenced, or the day the event's booking window opened.

1-on-1 Meetings Booked by Employer

This shows a breakdown of how many schedules, total bookable time slots*, open time slots, meetings, cancellations, and no shows each employer has for 1-on-1 schedule types. It is sorted alphabetically by employer by default but can be sorted by each category by clicking on the column header.

Group Meetings Booked by Employer

This shows a breakdown of how many schedules and meetings each employer has for Group Meeting schedule types. It is sorted alphabetically by employer by default but can be reorganized by column by clicking on the column header.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*Bookable time slots on a schedule are those that have not been blocked off for breaks. Available/open time slots are bookable time slots not already filled by another candidate.
