If your recruiters contact you to say they haven't received our invitation email, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Ask the recruiter to check their SPAM or JUNK folder(s) - it might be there!

If it's not...

Step 2

Have the recruiter add support@careerfairplus.com to their address book and try and resend the invitation (help).

Step 3

If they still don't receive it, have the recruiter reach out to their IT department to allow all mail from *.careerfairplus.com, and try and resend the invitation once more.

If none of these options work, you can simply copy the invitation and send it directly from your own email address. Instructions for that are here.
