Career Fair Plus offers recruiters and fair organizers two types of interactions through which recruiters can interact with candidates: 1-on-1 Meetings and Group Meetings.

Both schedule types can be created by recruiters from the employer web portal (link), or by fair organizers from their administrative dashboards (link).

With 1-on-1 Meetings:

  • recruiters can customize their availability by editing the time slots and the schedule's start and end time

  • candidates can book meetings on schedules at specified times

  • candidates can only book meetings during the booking window

  • candidates cannot book concurrent or consecutive 1-on-1 Meetings

  • recruiters can set prerequisites on the schedule

  • recruiters and fair organizers can view the profile information and resume of candidates that book on the schedule

  • recruiters enjoy 1-on-1 interactions with candidates at their appointed meeting time

  • CF+ Video rooms can host a maximum of four people at any one time

With Group Meetings:

  • recruiters can choose the start and end time of the entire schedule

  • recruiters can set prerequisites on the schedule

  • the booking window does not apply to candidates booking Group Meetings

  • candidates can book Group Meetings that overlap with other scheduled meetings (back-to-back restrictions won't apply)

  • recruiters and fair organizers can view the profile information and resume of candidates that book on the schedule

  • candidates may join the Group Meeting at any time within the schedule's duration

  • CF+ Video rooms can host a maximum of 200 people at any one time

When searching schedules in MyCFP, look for the column indicating the Schedule Type: 'Group' or '1 on 1', as below.

The column titled Fill Rate will show the total number of candidates that have booked on a schedule for a Group Meeting, or the number of meetings booked out of the total meetings available for a 1-on-1 schedule.
